Professional Property Inspection Services
Residential Inspections
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a professional detailed home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Seller Pre-Listing Inspections
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their detailed inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done but it is always beneficial to have a Pre Purchase home Inspection
Mold Inspections
Mold inspections involve thorough assessments of indoor spaces to identify the presence of mold and assess potential risks to health and property. Certified professionals use various techniques such as visual inspections, moisture measurements, and air sampling to accurately evaluate the extent of mold growth and provide recommendations for remediation.
Termite (WDO) Inspections
Termite (WDO) inspections meticulously examine properties for the presence of wood-destroying organisms, including termites and other pests. These inspections are crucial for identifying infestations early on, preventing structural damage, and ensuring the integrity of the property.
Thermal Imaging
The purpose of an infrared scan is to find issues that may not be visible to the naked eye and catch them before they become a major problem. With the use of our infrared camera, we can help identify moisture, insulation, electrical, HVAC issues, and more.
Drone Roof Inspections
Drone roof inspections utilize unmanned aerial vehicles to conduct comprehensive assessments of a property's roof, providing detailed imagery and data without the need for manual labor or traditional inspection methods. These inspections offer efficient and accurate evaluations, enabling timely identification of any roof damage, defects, or maintenance needs for homeowners, insurers, and contractors.
New Construction Inspections
New construction inspections are essential evaluations conducted during the building process to ensure that construction meets safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations. By identifying any defects or issues early on, these inspections help builders rectify problems before completion, ensuring the quality and integrity of the newly constructed property.
Wind Mitigation
Wind mitigation inspections are crucial for homeowners to assess their property's resilience against strong winds, especially in areas prone to hurricanes or severe storms. By identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements such as roof reinforcements or impact-resistant windows, these inspections can significantly reduce potential damage and insurance costs.
Four Point Inspections
Four-point inspections focus on four key areas of a home: the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system. These inspections are commonly requested for insurance purposes on older homes to assess the condition of these critical components and identify any potential risks or deficiencies.
Roof Certification Inspections
Roof certification inspections evaluate the condition and integrity of a property's roof, providing assurance to homeowners and insurers about its structural soundness and lifespan. These inspections are particularly important for verifying the roof's ability to withstand weather conditions and may be required for insurance coverage or real estate transactions.
Sewer Camera Inspection
Sewer camera inspection involves the use of specialized cameras inserted into sewer lines to visually assess their condition, identify blockages, leaks, or structural damage, enabling proactive maintenance and effective troubleshooting in plumbing systems.

What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. Home inspections are designed to protect the buyer, by revealing problems they might not have noticed otherwise.
How much does a home inspection cost?
Our home inspections start at $375. The cost will vary based on the square footage of the home, the age of the home, and location of the home. Call, text, or email us for a quote today!
How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections generally take 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the condition of the home, and the ability to access certain areas of the home (roof, crawl space, attic, etc.).
Should I attend the inspection?
Although it is not necessary, we do recommend that you attend the inspection so you can ask questions and learn more about the home. You will learn a lot from the inspection report, but we always encourage you to attend!
What if the inspection report reveals problems?
It is important to note that no house is perfect. At the end of the home inspection process, we will provide a detailed report that describes the physical condition of the property, with images and videos highlighting what may need repair or replacement. The information provided is to allow a potential buyer to make an informed decision about moving forward with the transaction. It is not pass or fail.
